Regional Principles for a Future-Orientated Planning and Building Culture by Case of Römerland Carnuntum in Lower Austria
Thomas Dillinger studied Spatial Planning at Vienna University of Technology. Since 2016 Professor of Spatial Planning in the Department of Spatial Planning at TU Wien.
From 1993 until 2005 he was lecturer and researcher at the Institute for Urban Design and Planning. He has been Head of the Centre of Regional Planning and Development at the Faculty of Architecture and Spatial Planning since 2005.
2010 until 2013 he headed the Study Commission for Spatial Planning and since 2013 he has been Vice Dean for Academic Affairs in Spatial Planning at Vienna University of Technology. Visiting Professor in Belgrade, Brno, Gdansk, Sofia, Novi Sad, Pecs, Pristina and Tirana. Actually, he is the National Representative of Austria at AESOP (Association of European Schools of Planning).
